Complex geometries? Straightened with ease.
With the new CREA-WHEEL 220, CREAMETAL takes power, precision and simplicity to a new level. Designed for parts up to 220 x 20 mm, it straightens the widest range of materials – steel, stainless steel, copper, aluminium and brass – as well as complex geometries. Not only sheet metal parts: even laser-cut and flame-cut parts are straightened without any difficulty. A modern touch display makes operation simple and intuitive. Settings can be saved for each material and called up again in seconds whenever they are needed.

In my view, jigs like these are a must in metalworking if you want to work efficiently. It is above all our workshop staff who are won over by the accuracy of the products; some of the machines are on castors and easy to move, and they take up little space. CREAMETAL keeps bringing out new things that really move us forward in metalworking.
The CREA-DRILL really is for everyone. This drilling centre is so user-friendly and so easy for anyone to understand that we were able to work with it immediately after the one-hour introduction – from zero to a hundred, so to speak.
We were the first company in France to buy the CREA-WHEEL, because we make a great many railings with round bars. We have now been working with the machine for over a year, about a year and a half, and we are really very satisfied. It takes the strain off our staff, reduces noise in the workshop and delivers outstanding straightening quality – with no hammer blows or impact marks on the material. To this day we are completely satisfied. That is why I can only recommend the machine.

At CREAMETAL we produce for stock, which means your CREA machine is on its way to you within 5 working days.
You can arrange a demonstration or a demo with us at any time. We will come to your workshop and bring the machine of your choice with us, or you can come to our showroom in 3273 Kappelen BE. All of this is of course completely free of charge and without obligation.
Our CREA products are Swiss Made. Around 70% of all components are manufactured in our own plant in 3273 Kappelen BE, and 100% are assembled there.
You can get all spare parts for your CREA machine from us. We keep spare parts in stock in Switzerland (3273 Kappelen) and at our service point in Germany (79689 Maulburg) and dispatch them at short notice, so that your production does not come to a standstill. If you have a maintenance contract with us, our service technician Jürg Schlechten will get in touch with you when your machine is due for a service or for maintenance. Yes, we will buy your CREA machine back from you as long as it is still in working order. We are also happy to put together an attractive part-exchange offer. Just get in touch at info@creametal.ch.
Our machines come with a standard 2-year warranty. You can take out a maintenance contract to extend the warranty period. The details are set out in your maintenance contract.
Our machines are available for purchase only. There is, however, a second-hand market: reconditioned machines can be bought at an attractive price.
