The CREA-WHEEL 15mm flat bar straightening machine was developed by CREAMETAL AG specifically for metalworkers, steel constructors and metal fabrication shops to replace the time-consuming and physically demanding manual straightening of balusters, infill bars and flat bar. The result: straightening up to 5 times faster, greater precision and a markedly more efficient production process.
Thanks to simple operation and short setup times, even small batches and one-offs can be produced economically. FAQ CREA-WHEEL 15mm
The CREA-WHEEL 15mm straightens flat material and bars only. For round material, the CREA-WHEEL 15mm RRM is the right solution.
In principle the length does not matter. With parts longer than 1000 mm, however, safety must be taken into account. For ease of handling we also recommend straightening cut parts only.
The smallest workpiece must be 200 mm long.
That works too. The part must not be wider than 60 mm, however. For this we recommend the CREA-WHEEL 220, which is particularly suited to laser-cut and flame-cut parts.
Parts with punched holes straighten very well. The distortion caused by punching is corrected too.
Straightening stainless steel works very well. It is important to clean the CREA-WHEEL 15mm beforehand, so that no iron particles are left adhering to the stainless steel.
