CREA-SWISS
The frame welding jig
The frame welding jig for economical, precise and efficient frame production in metalworking.
With the CREA-SWISS frame welding jig, frames can be welded and produced quickly and reproducibly – from steel windows and fire doors through to angle steel frames. Set the outside dimensions, insert the profiles, adjust the height difference and weld the frame completely in a single setup.
The mobile one-man fixture makes it possible to carry out the entire work process single-handed. That reduces the workload, simplifies processes and delivers precise results in every application.

Key facts at a glance
Fast, precise setting up
Frame dimensions can be set precisely within a few minutes. Height differences are compensated for automatically, which produces clean mitres and minimises grinding work.
Low-maintenance, robust engineering
Mechanical actuation without wear-intensive components ensures high reliability and low maintenance.
Mobile and ergonomic workstation
Compact design for flexible use in the workshop. Ergonomic working delivers precise results without rejects.
Several operations in a single setup
Frames can be welded completely on both sides in a single setup. Turning them along the longitudinal axis allows a single person to do the work.
Universally suitable for the widest range of frames
Suitable for frames of all kinds, including solutions for doors with cross rails. Adaptations and special versions are possible.
Efficient and highly precise
Up to 50% savings in time and costs. Precise clamping technology ensures the highest dimensional accuracy and reproducible results.

FAQ CREA-SWISS
The calibration gauge is located at the bottom of the CREA-SWISS. Using the operating manual, you can recalibrate the jig yourself.
Yes. The tape measure and the digital display are protected by a PVC cover that can be replaced. The corner supports are made of aluminium, to which welding spatter does not adhere well. The racks are protected by guard tubes in the immediate vicinity of the welding operation.
In small workshops in particular, there is often nobody free to turn the element. The jig is set up so quickly that maximum time savings are achieved even on a one-off.
With special clamping devices featuring V-blocks, round tubes can also be clamped on the CREA-SWISS without any difficulty.
