Maximum bending force
With up to 30 tonnes of press force, the Horizontal Bender XL handles even demanding bending work with ease. The cylinder integrated into the table is a synchronised cylinder with the same force intensity when pressing to the right as to the left.
Several workstations in one machine
Straightening, pressing, free bending, profile rolling, edging or working with the rotary plate. In general it is possible to work at two workstations. Tools can therefore be set up on the right and on the left, or the first operation can be carried out on one side and the second on the other. Depending on the configuration, the machine can even be extended to four independent operations.
Maximum flexibility
Tools can be set up at several workstations at the same time. An integrated rotary plate, for example, allows 25 mm round steel to be bent through 270°. This reduces setup times and speeds up the entire production process.
Precise and convenient operation
The sensitive hand lever allows delicate control for exact bending results. This means you approach the required bend slowly and with a fine touch. Individual parts can be straightened one by one, and parts that have already been bent can be reworked or corrected as required. Recurring bending sequences can optionally be programmed and saved. Up to eight program steps can be run one after the other. These programs are either entered directly or set using the 'touch-in' method, i.e. moving to a position by hand and saving it.
Individually expandable
The hydraulic connections for universal, extended use of the machine are positioned on the side and are compatible with all Gelber-Bieger accessories.
