The Power-Max carbide (HM) annular cutters from Karnasch deliver high drilling performance, long tool life and excellent cost-effectiveness. Compared with conventional twist drills, they cut considerably faster with less effort while removing less material.
Thanks to the proven Easy-Change quick-change system, the annular cutters can be used flexibly on the CREA-DRILL drilling centre as well as on pillar drills, magnetic drilling machines, radial drilling machines, lathes and hand-held drills. That saves setup time and makes them the ideal solution for professional metalworking.
Whether structural steel, stainless steel, aluminium, copper, brass or plastic, CFRP / GRP and sandwich materials – the Power-Max carbide annular cutters deliver clean, precise results in the widest variety of materials. Available in diameters from 14 to 150 mm and cutting depths from 12 to 60 mm, they cover a broad range of applications.
Combined with the CREA-DRILL drilling centre, holes can even be produced without centre-punching beforehand. That cuts out work steps, saves time and increases productivity.

Yes, mounting adapters are available for all machines. Not only for magnetic drilling machines, but also for MK2 or MK3 tool holders.
Yes, we can have the carbide annular cutters ground to a size of your choice.
There is no blanket answer to that. The speed and the feed rate have to be right. And above all: continuous lubrication and cooling are essential. For this we recommend the Minicool minimum quantity lubrication system.
