CREA-DRILL

The multifunctional drilling centre for metalworking

Drill holes faster. Work more precisely. Avoid mistakes.

With the multifunctional CREA-DRILL drilling centre, measuring, marking out and centre-punching are a thing of the past. The required hole positions and the dimensions from the drawing are set directly with the manual drive: the X and Y axes have measuring scales and can optionally be fitted with digital measurement displays – fast, precise and reproducible. Clamp the workpiece, transfer the dimension and drill straight away. Alongside conventional drilling, flow drilling and core drilling are no problem either.

The integrated measuring scales and the optional digital position displays let you approach every drilling point exactly. That shortens setup times, minimises sources of error and delivers consistently high precision – on one-offs just as much as in series production.

The CREA-DRILL drilling centre simplifies the entire drilling process and raises productivity in the workshop – the ideal drilling jig for metalworking. Intuitive operation means operators are up to speed quickly, while precise positioning ensures reproducible results. At the same time the drilling centre serves as a multifunctional workstation and can be combined with other CREAMETAL solutions such as the CREA-TAPP tapping device.

CREA-DRILL in action

The multifunctional drilling centre for metalworking

Key facts at a glance

Drill up to 200 % faster

No more measuring, marking out and centre-punching. Set the drilling position, clamp the workpiece and drill straight away – that saves time and money on every workpiece.

Precise, reproducible results

The X and Y axes allow exact drilling positions. Even on round tubes, such as railing posts, all holes are perfectly aligned because the workpiece stays in a single setup.

Ideal for one-offs and series production

Set the stops once and machine identical components efficiently. Perfect for one-offs as well as for small and medium series.

Versatile for a wide range of applications

Whether drilling, annular cutting (up to 50mm diameter), flow drilling or thread forming – the CREA-DRILL handles a wide variety of materials and profile cross-sections with just one machine.

Compact and flexible in use

Its light, mobile design makes the CREA-DRILL a flexible workstation in any workshop and allows it to be used exactly where it is needed. Thanks to the lightweight construction and the high-quality support stands with castors, it can easily be moved whenever required.

More productivity for your business

Shorter setup times, fewer sources of error and simple operation increase efficiency and add more value within your own company.

FAQ CREA-DRILL

No. Because all kinds of profiles are drilled on the CREA-DRILL, the manual clamping fixture is faster. A pneumatic clamping fixture or a quick-clamping system only makes sense if the profile cross-section is always the same; otherwise the setup would be too time-consuming.

Yes, for example with the carbide-tipped annular cutters from Karnasch up to a diameter of 50mm.

Yes. First the holes are drilled on one side, then the bar is turned over and the other side is drilled. The CREA-DRILL can optionally be fitted with a fold-away stop, so the bar can simply be fed onwards.

Compared with the conventional method on a pillar drill, you save 75% of the time. The workpiece can be clamped firmly in place and all holes are perfectly aligned.

The CREA-DRILL can be loaded with a maximum of 250 kg.
